View Exchange Meeting with SPMs and Felicitation Ceremony of HEAT-ATF Project Winners Held at IIUC
The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) organized a View Exchange Meeting with the SPMs of the HEAT-ATF Project and a Felicitation Ceremony for the Project Winners on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the Central Seminar Hall of the university. The program commenced with the recitation from the Holy Qur’an by Dr. Arif Billah, Associate Professor, Department of Economics & Banking. The session was moderated by Dr. Shah Md. Sanaul Karim, Additional Director of IQAC-IIUC. In his inaugural speech, Professor Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan, Director of IQAC-IIUC, outlined the objectives of the event and emphasized the significance of such initiatives in enhancing the academic and research standards of the university. Professor Dr. Abdullahil Mamun shared his experiences regarding the HEAT-ATF Project and highlighted its impact on teaching and research quality. Faculty members participated actively in the discussion, sharing insights and raising queries on various aspects of the project and future research initiatives. The Honorable Vice-Chancellor of IIUC, Professor Dr. Mohammad Ali Azadi, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his address, he encouraged the faculty members to be more involved in research activities and assured continuous institutional support for academic and research development. He also stressed the need for collective efforts to improve the university’s global ranking through quality research and innovation. The winners of the HEAT-ATF Project were honored during the event. The awardees included Professor Dr. Abdullahil Mamun, Professor Dr. Nazamul Hoque, and Associate Professor Mr. Md. Rizwan Hassan among others. In his concluding remarks, Professor Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor, distinguished guests, faculty members, and participants for their presence and valuable contributions. The program was attended by Deans of various faculties, Heads of Departments, and Additional Director of IQAC, Dr. Mohammad Monjur Alam.
