Training on CLO-PLO Assessment Techniques
Chattogram, December 27, 2025: The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) successfully organized a specialized training session on CLO-PLO Assessment Techniques (Using Newly Designed Format) for the members of the Program Self-Assessment Committees (PSACs). The session, held at C-Lab 1 in the CSE Main Building, was organized under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan, Director of IQAC-IIUC. The technical training session was conducted by Mr. Jamil As-Ad, Lecturer, Department of CSE, and Md. Saiful Islam, Senior Officer-MIS, Prottyashi. The workshop provided comprehensive, hands-on training to the participants on integrating the new assessment software into their respective departmental frameworks. This digital transition is designed to streamline the evaluation of Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) and Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) to meet accreditation standards set by BAC. The program was coordinated and managed by Dr. Shah Mohammad Sanaul Karim and Dr. Mohammad Manjur Alam Additional Directors of IQAC. The session concluded with an interactive feedback period where academic heads and PSAC members discussed strategic implementation plans. This initiative underscores IQAC’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of higher education and ensuring academic excellence through continuous professional development for its faculty.
