IQAC-IIUC Holds Coordination Meeting with Deans and Departmental Chairmen

A meeting of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) with the Deans of Faculties and Chairmen of the Departments was held 20th April, 2026, Monday, at 10:00 am at the IIUC Conference Room. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan, Director of IQAC. The discussion focused on several important academic matters, including updating the list of PSAC members, forming departmental subcommittees for BAC accreditation, and creating a committee to implement software solutions for OBE-related documentation. The meeting also addressed the roles of Deans and Chairmen according to the BAC manual, the submission of course files following UGC guidelines, and the distribution of accreditation materials. A key decision was made to prepare all departments for submitting their BAC accreditation applications by the end of 2026. The Deans of all faculties and Chairmen of all departments attended the meeting. Also present were Dr. Mohammad Manjur Alam, Additional Director (QA), and Dr. Yasir Arafat, Additional Director (ETL) of IQAC. The session ended with a vote of thanks from the Chair.
