Invitation for 2nd Round Sub-Project Proposals (SPPs) under HEAT-ATF

Assalamu Alaikum.
It is my pleasure to inform you that the Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation (HEAT) Project has announced the 2nd Round Call for Sub-Project Proposals (Memo No: HEAT/ATF/call for proposal/83/2024-125) under the Academic Transformation Fund (ATF). The deadline for online submission to the UGC is 22nd February 2026, and the deadline for hardcopy submission is 26th February 2026. - - In this regard, the POEs are requested to inform interested faculty members of your department to register their names (maximum 4 members per sub-project) along with the sub-project title by 25th January 2026 through the provided Google link. The link is also available on the university website: https://forms.gle/ZQB7GUDtyZT3A2yE7 - - The POEs are also requested to send a hard copy to the IQAC-IIUC office by 26th January 2026, including the title of the SPP and the list of SPM team members with the recommendation of the respective Dean of the Faculty. - - Accordingly, a "Workshop on Writing ATF Sub-Project-Proposal" will be arranged for the SPM team members on 4th February 2026, where each team shall provide their project information (draft) via a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation. - - N.B: (i) Please note that the ATF Operations Manual (2nd Edition) will be available at https://heat.ugc.gov.bd within 2/3 days. - - (ii) We were verbally informed that no major changes exist between the first and second editions of the ATF Operations Manual.
